What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for regular products is 100 bottles, and for custom formulas it is 200 bottles. For startups, we offer a flexible trial order option: a minimum order of 100 bottles Supplement, subject to a small formula development fee.
Do you support low MOQ for new Amazon or DTC brands?
Yes. We support trial orders and sample projects. Final MOQ depends on formula, packaging material and printing requirements.

How can you guarantee quality?
We always provide a pre-production sample before mass production. We also complete final inspection before shipment and provide a COA test report.

Can you create sugar-free or low-calorie options?
Yes, we offer sugar-free and low-calorie formulations using natural sweeteners.
What is the customization process?
Five steps: Requirements communication, formula sampling, sample confirmation, contract signing and mass production. The standard cycle from confirming requirements to delivery is 45-60 days.

Can you help make the product from formula to packaging?
Yes. We can support formula development, flavor selection, stick pack filling, box packaging, label layout and bulk production.
Can you help me create my brand if I don't have one yet?
Yes, we specialize in building brands from scratch. We offer full customization, light customization, and small order customization to help you create a unique brand identity.
Do you offer help with product design and branding?
Yes, we offer professional packaging design, logo creation, and branding services to align with your vision and target market.
